Customer Accounts
Customer accounts are available and will hold order details and other important details. You can sign up for a customer account by clicking the person icon, next to the cart icon.
Processing
Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days. However, processing times may vary due to factors like order changes. Custom orders or certain circumstances may require longer processing times. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order experiences any processing delays or changes.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We currently use USPS for shipping. Domestic shipping usually takes 2-5 business days, but it may take up to 10 business days. International shipping can take 10-30 business days. Free shipping is available for orders of $100.00 or more. You can also sign up for our Express Rewards Program and earn points for free shipping.
Sometimes, shipping times may experience delays due to various reasons beyond our control. Here are some examples of those reasons:

Please make sure to review the shipping details carefully when you're checking out. If any errors, like providing the wrong shipping address, result in the need for re-shipping, buyers may be responsible for the additional costs. In case your package is lost, stolen, or goes missing, please contact the shipping carrier right away and file a claim. It's important to inform us about any significant details related to filed claims as soon as possible.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds at this time. All sales are final. If you have issues with your order, please contact us via chat or email at info@girlbossexpress.com.

Our Express Points Rewards Program is an awesome way to make your money go further. There are loads of ways to earn and redeem rewards. You can even earn cash by referring a friend.
